We recently stayed at the Wicker Park Hyatt for our daughter's wedding. We had family and friends staying, all with varying needs. The staff was friendly and so helpful! We would especially like to acknowledge Judy at the front desk who went out of her way to make our stay so special. Nicole was also so friendly and helpful. Gloria Navarro was a gem to work with to book a conference room where hair and makeup could be completed. Gloria was very helpful from the beginning with contracts, obtaining breakfast, to coordinating clean up at the end of the day. The valet parking staff was also great!! Fernando was fantastic when we showed up with an entire wedding in our vehicle! We loved the rooftop bar and staff! It had such a wonderful ambiance and fantastic views. Will stay here again!
This is a review regarding Nicole, the morning person on the front desk. What a delight to wake up, go to the 7th floor, get off to go to bteakfast, and I'm greeted by Nicole, who gives me a hearty good morning, and wishes me a great day. On my return to go back to my room, I can't help but chat with Nicole. (She likes I'm from Manhattan."I like New Yookers. They keep you on your toes.") I hope you have the pleasure to enjoy this morning ritual as I have.
Working a wedding as photographers that’s starting out here in one of the hotel rooms. The lobby on floor 7 is spectacular. The views of downtown are beautiful. They have igloos outside on the patio with heaters to hang out. The front desk associate Naomi was extremely welcoming and kind. She was very attentive to our needs and warm, upbeat and positive. My wife and I definitely want to come back here to stay.
All of the staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were clean. The bed was not my style, it sunk in a lot. Like most people's other complaints, the noise level of the outside street can be very loud when trying to sleep. Regardless, it was a great stay for the evening & I'd def stay here again when I'm in Chicago.
Love this hotel. Convenient to so many restaurants and the rooftop has such a great view! The staff is incredible. Big shout out to Nicole at the front desk. A great little place in the heart of Wicker Park. Plenty of choices for authentic Chicago food nearby. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The front desk staff was awesome. A big shout out to Nicole. She was extremely helpful. Great personality and friendly.
My family and I really enjoyed our long stay over the Christmas holiday. The rooms were great, breakfast was appreciated (even if it’s basically the same thing everyday, the convenience factor was huge). The dining area was kept very clean, and most of all, the staff are wonderful professionals. Shoutout to Nicole T for being very awesome.
I can’t rave about this location enough! Nicole and her staff were SO accommodating from holding our luggage before and after check in and check out so we could explore the town all the way to the super clean and delicious complimentary breakfast. Every single staff member we encountered were so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back ((:
